    Claude Fable, or Gemini?

I know the entire feed is currently hyping the 10x speed gains from Google's Gemini 3.5 Flash. And the multi-agent orchestration via MCP is a fantastic technical leap. But I’m seeing a different conversation happening in production environments.

    Claude Fable, or Gemini?

For serious enterprise agents, "Speed" is a vanity metric. "Steering" is the only metric that matters.

I know the entire feed is currently hyping the 10x speed gains from Google's Gemini 3.5 Flash. And the multi-agent orchestration via MCP is a fantastic technical leap. But I’m seeing a different conversation happening in production environments.

Technical founders and CIOs are realizing that an agent running at lightspeed isn't valuable if it takes an unpredictable path or hallucinates a secure credential boundary.

That is exactly why Claude Fable is winning the trust debate right now.

Anthropic hasn't built Fable to chase raw benchmarks on coding velocity. They built it to deliver superior long-context steering and policy-adherence grounding.

When you deploy a complex multi-agent workflow that manages PII or handles high-stakes financial transactions, your agentic ROI isn’t determined by how fast it can write Kotlin code.

It is determined by its ability to adhere to strict business rules and deterministic safety policies over massive, noisy contexts.

Google MCP excels at cross-app execution speed. Claude Fable excels at complex logical systems and architectural consistency.

My advice to tech leaders in 2026: Don't choose an ecosystem based on speed hype.

Choose it based on how deterministic you need your agent's behavior to be.

Which model are you finding to have the tightest logical steering and policy adherence in production?

An AI system that can take actions without proper controls is no longer just a model—it's an autonomous operator inside your business.

Every production-grade AI agent breaks down into the exact same 3 pillars. If you miss one, you aren't building an agent—you're just building a fragile script. As the industry rushes to deploy autonomous systems, I see a lot of confusion about what actually constitutes an "Agent" versus a standard LLM chain.
