CalibraWorks — Calibration and inspection, automated — ISO/IEC 17025 from the first line.
CalibraWorks (previously CalibraCloud) is our calibration and inspection platform for laboratories and inspection businesses. One system carries enquiry, quote, intake, bench or batch work, the calculation engine, the certificate or inspection report, the invoice, the payment and the recall — with the ISO/IEC 17025 quality system produced as a by-product of doing the work rather than assembled before an assessment.
What CalibraWorks does
Most calibration software stores results. Assessment asks a different question: was the reference standard in tolerance when it was used, who was competent to sign, what changed and when, and did the measurement sit inside the accredited scope. CalibraWorks is built so the record that answers the clause already exists.
It is not a LIMS bolted to an accounts package. The metrology and the money are the same system, so a certificated item cannot be forgotten at invoicing and an invoice cannot cite a certificate that does not exist. Inspection work — Electrical Test & Tag to AS/NZS 3760, lifting and height safety, medical equipment safety — gets its own document type, its own batch grid and never an accreditation mark it has not earned.
Built inside a working laboratory in Sydney, on real jobs and real instruments, with data region-pinned to Australia.
Capabilities
Everything CalibraWorks handles, end to end.
Certificates Recomputed at Issue
The document is regenerated from the data at the moment it is issued and refused on mismatch. Once issued it is immutable, and it stays verifiable.
Public Certificate Verification
Every certificate is QR-verifiable against a public page, so a customer can confirm a document is genuine without phoning the laboratory.
Deterministic Calculation Engine
Uncertainty, grade, decision rule and reproducibility computed with decimal arithmetic and versioned methods — and the engine names which limit decided the result.
Thirteen Quality Registers
Masters, competence, documents, nonconforming work, feedback, subcontracting and the rest — kept as you work, not reconstructed before an assessment.
Roles Enforced at the Database
Seven roles across twenty-eight permissions, checked in the server action and again at the database, so nobody approves their own work by another route.
Calibration and Inspection, Kept Apart
Nine calibration fields and four inspection fields. Calibration issues a certificate with uncertainty and a grade; inspection issues a pass/fail report — and the system refuses to let one masquerade as the other.
Eight Automated Processes
Recall ladder, reference standard quarantine, document review and training expiry sweeps, weekly digest, dunning and certificate rendering all run without anyone remembering.
Quoting, Invoicing and Payment
Invoices drafted from certificated items with correct GST logic, card, PayID and bank transfer, and automatic reconciliation suggestions.
Customer Portal and API
Customers see their own instruments, certificates and due dates. Multi-site laboratories get an API and integrations for the systems around them.
How it works
Start Free
Thirty days, everything included, no card. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends — the records are yours and stay readable.
Load Your Register and Scope
Instruments, customers, reference standards and your accredited scope are brought in, and the fields you work in shape the catalogue and check plans.
Run the Work
Bench work one instrument at a time or batch grids of hundreds. Certificates, reports, invoices and recalls come out of the same job.
Face Assessment With the Evidence Already There
The assessment pack is assembled from the laboratory's own records — compliance matrix, evidence register, gap list and the registers an assessor opens first.
