Internship Opportunity: Web Development / AI Engineering (Graduate Program)

SkilliHire is a growing technology company working on multiple large-scale digital solutions. We are offering a structured Graduate Internship Program designed for talented individuals who want to gain industry-level experience by contributing to a real, end-to-end engineering project.

This program is suitable for aspiring professionals in two key tracks:

Web Development (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)

AI / Machine Learning Development

About the Internship

This is a practical, hands-on internship where you will work directly with senior engineers. You will participate in designing, building, and deploying components of a production-grade system. You will learn modern engineering practices, cloud integration, automation, and best coding standards while contributing meaningful work to the team.

The internship is unpaid for the first 3 months, after which:

Top-performing candidates will receive a Completion Certificate, and

Selected candidates may be offered a paid extension or full-time position at SkilliHire.

Track 1: Web Development Intern

Preferred Skills:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

React, Next.js, TypeScript (optional but preferred)

Node.js / Python for backend

REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Git and version control

Understanding of deployment or cloud basics (bonus)

You Will Learn:

Full-stack application development

Modern frontend frameworks

Backend API development

Database design and integration

CI/CD concepts

Cloud-based deployment workflows

System scalability, testing, and documentation

Track 2: AI / ML Development Intern

Preferred Skills:

Python programming

Basic understanding of ML concepts

Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (bonus)

Understanding of cloud or APIs (bonus)

You Will Learn:

Working with modern AI models (LLMs, embeddings, agents)

Data preprocessing and pipeline development

Building AI-powered features

Integration of AI components into production systems

Experiment tracking, evaluation, and basic MLOps

Deployment and automation fundamentals

Work with senior engineers on assigned modules

Participate in daily or weekly standups

Write clean, maintainable, testable code

Follow internal standards and documentation practices

Collaborate using Git and modern development tooling

Contribute to build, deployment, and integration cycles

Highly motivated graduates, freshers, final-year students, or early-career professionals with passion for building real software systems.
