Full-Stack Web Developer (AI-Enabled Applications)

We are hiring a Full-Stack Web Developer who will work closely with the AI Engineers to build a next-generation, AI-powered application.
This is not a typical web development job — you will be developing modern, scalable web applications with integrated GenAI features, intelligent content delivery, personalization, and interactive user experiences. You will help transform high-level system designs into a robust, production-ready platform.

Full-Stack Development
• Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React / Next.js.
• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js / Python frameworks.
• Implement secure, well-structured REST/GraphQL APIs.
AI Integration (Support Role)
• Integrate frontend and backend with LLM-based APIs, AI agents, speech/video generation APIs, and vector databases.
• Work with the Lead AI Engineer to embed personalization logic, adaptive learning features, and real-time AI processing.
• Implement AI-driven user flows, dashboards, recommendations, and content delivery tools.
System Development & Collaboration
• Transform design concepts into production-grade features.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Assist in implementing cloud services, microservices, data pipelines, and user management systems.
• Ensure responsiveness, security, and scalability of the application.
DevOps Support
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and updates.
• Collaborate on cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Assist in logging, monitoring, and error-handling infrastructure.

Strong Full-Stack Engineering
• Proficiency in React / Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Express, Python (FastAPI / Django).
• Experience with relational + NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.).
AI & Modern Tech Awareness
• Experience integrating AI/GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Understanding of vector databases & embeddings.
• Familiarity with chatbot flows, adaptive content systems, or recommender logic.
DevOps + Cloud (Good to Have)
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Docker & basic Kubernetes concepts.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Preferred Experience
(Not mandatory, but major plus!)
• Experience with analytics dashboards, gamification, or personalization systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and basic ML workflows.
