Lead AI Engineer (Full-Stack, GenAI, MLOps, Cloud)

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer capable of architecting, developing, deploying, and scaling a next-generation intelligent system. This role requires a rare blend of full-stack engineering, AI/ML expertise, and hands-on MLOps/DevOps skills.
You will build the product from scratch, designing the architecture, building scalable cloud systems, integrating advanced AI capabilities, and leading the platform from prototype to full production with enterprise-grade quality, performance, security, and observability.

End-to-End System Architecture & Development
• Architect and develop a large-scale web application with future-ready mobile expansion.
• Own the full product engineering lifecycle—from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.
• Build modular, scalable, secure backend APIs and microservices.
Advanced AI / ML Development
• Integrate cutting-edge AI models (LLMs, multi-modal models, avatar/agent systems, text-to-video, text-to-speech, RAG pipelines, and personalization engines).
• Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability.
MLOps + DevOps + CI/CD
• Build automated pipelines for ML training, evaluation, testing, packaging, and deployment.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and automated performance tracking.
• Ensure continuous delivery with best-in-class CI/CD practices.
Cloud Infrastructure & Scalability
• Design and manage highly scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Architect data pipelines, storage, vector databases, and high-availability compute environments.
• Implement robust security, compliance, and user-data protection frameworks.
Product Leadership
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices across code quality, system reliability, model governance, and automation.
• Collaborate with product, design, curriculum, and leadership teams.

Full-Stack Engineering
• Strong proficiency in React / Next.js, Node.js / Python, and scalable backend frameworks.
• Experience building large, secure, multi-tenant web applications, You will be working with web developers.
Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Deep hands-on experience with:
o LLMs & GenAI (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
o Vision, speech, and video generation models
o RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
o Agent-based learning or adaptive systems
MLOps / DevOps
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• ML workflows (MLflow, Databricks, Vertex AI, Sagemaker, Kubeflow, etc.)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud & Architecture
• Cloud architecture experience (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Knowledge of serverless, microservices, load balancing, autoscaling.
Security & Observability
• Experience implementing monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Logging & tracing systems (ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).
Engineering Excellence
• Strong system design fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and own large, complex projects.
• Experience building products from zero to production.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
• Background with AI avatars, character animation, or video generation.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, or behavioral AI.
